Become a partner · Music Campus Network

Together, not franchise.

Running a music school has become more demanding. Small schools carry the same workload as large ones, just on their own. Our approach: we share it. That's why we're looking for motivated people to join our network as Music Campus [your city], with know-how, a shared brand, marketing and regular meetups to swap ideas.

The principle

No top and bottom. A network.

Typical franchise
Franchise: a head office dictates to every location, and there's hardly any exchange between them.Head office
Head office calls the shots.Concept, rules and fees come from the top. Locations carry them out. There's little exchange between them.
Music Campus Network
Music Campus Network: Bielefeld, Berlin, Essen, Munich and your location all exchange ideas directly with each other.BIBEM?
Everyone shares.Every location is connected to every other. Knowledge, ideas and costs are spread across the network. And your location joins in.
Your presence

Music Campus in your city

New partners appear under the shared name, as Music Campus [location]. With a unified design, a shared website structure and coordinated marketing. Parents and students see straight away that there's a strong network behind it. You still run your school yourself.

What we offer

Everything that's hard on your own.

Not a manual to work through, but a team that thinks along with you.

Know-how from years of experience

Many years of running music schools at several locations: from timetabling to communicating with parents. You don't have to make every mistake yourself.

Unified design

A shared, professional presence: website, print materials and signage in the Music Campus look, tailored to your location.

Marketing

Campaigns, copy, ads and visibility on Google. Whatever brings in students at one location is available to all.

Social media support

Content, planning and management of your channels, so you can focus on teaching and still stay visible.

Regular meetups

The locations meet regularly to exchange ideas, openly and as equals. Ask questions, share ideas and find solutions together instead of following orders from above.

Music Campus Desk

The link between msvplus and everyday school life. Covers what msvplus doesn’t, developed together with the msvplus team.

Division of labour

You run the music school. The network handles the rest.

Cost

No fees. Shared costs.

We don't make money from you joining or from your revenue. Our model is simple: shared services cost money, and we split that cost fairly across everyone. The real advantage: because the costs are spread across many, together we can afford better services than any one school could on its own.

0 €

Licence fee

No one-off payment for the name, concept or joining.

0 €

Franchise fee

No ongoing percentage of your revenue paid to a head office.

Costsharing

Efficiency through scale

What everyone uses, everyone pays for together. That makes better quality in design, marketing and software affordable.

The bigger the network, the smaller your share.

A shared block of costs, for example for design, marketing or software, is split across all locations. With every new partner, each individual share goes down. Or, for the same share, you get more.

01

Conversation

You tell us about yourself, your music school or your plans. We tell you about the network. Open and with no strings attached.

02

Take a look together

Location, rooms, goals: together we check whether it's a good fit and where exactly the network can help you.

03

Music Campus [your city]

If it works for both sides, we agree on the form of the partnership and launch your location together.

We keep developing the network, and good ideas from our partners are very welcome.

Contact

Tell us about yourself.

Would you like to become a partner? Write us a few lines: who you are, what you do and why the network appeals to you. We will read your message carefully and then get back to you personally.

How can we reach you? Email or phone, one is enough.

Quick music check

Before you send, a little music check: it tells us a real person is writing, not a spam bot. Press “Play melody”, watch the three keys that light up one after another and play them back in the same order.

One moment …

No obligation: we will read your message and then get back to you personally.

Thank you, your message has arrived.

We will read it carefully and then get back to you personally, by email or phone.

Frequently asked questions

Becoming a partner:
in brief.

Any more questions? Just write them in the form above and we will get back to you personally.

Is this a franchise system?

No. We see ourselves as a network of independent music schools. There is no license fee and no franchise fee. It's about partnership, exchange and shared costs.

What name do I operate under?

As Music Campus [your city], with a shared design and a common brand presence. You still run your school yourself.

What does the network actually offer?

Know-how and many years of experience from several locations, a unified design, marketing and social media support, regular meetings to share ideas, and Music Campus Desk, our link between msvplus and everyday school life.

What does a partnership cost?

There is no license fee and no franchise fee. The locations share the costs of joint services such as design, marketing or software. We'll go through the details openly in our first conversation.

Who are you looking for?

Motivated people with a passion for music and teaching, an entrepreneurial mindset and a real appetite for exchange and growth. Ideally with an existing music school or experience in teaching or running a school.

What is Music Campus Desk?

Music Campus Desk is not software for managing students and courses. Administration runs on msvplus. We are a partner of msvplus and are developing API interfaces to Music Campus Desk together with the msvplus team. This way, Music Campus Desk takes care of everything msvplus doesn’t cover and connects administration with everyday school life. We’re happy to show you exactly what it can do in a personal conversation.

How do we get started?

Write to us or give us a call. In our first conversation we get to know each other, talk about your goals and look together at whether and how a partnership could work.
